  • Monitor client usage and performance metrics to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technology company.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
  • Experience with CRM software and customer success tools is a plus.
